Three men Accused Usher for stealing their song....

    Zacharia Edwards, Mitch Moses and Vince McClean are accusing Usher and his record label, Arista Records, of stealing a song called "Caught Up".
Edwards, Moses and McClean said that they never heard back from Arista. Years later, they heard the song being sung by Usher. Not only does Usher's song and the men's song have the same title, but they also share similar "theme, melody, hook, lyrics and chorus of the musical compositions.".....
