Jeffrey Simon Hubbard Guilty of Killing Usher’s Stepson

       Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was found guilty today in the death of 11-year-old Kile Glover after a water tubing accident that occurred in July 2012. After a prolonged trial period, Hubbard has been found guilty of a number of charges related to the accident. On Thursday, February 20, Hubbard was found guilty and convicted of homicide by vessel, the most severe charge he faced. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, he was also convicted of serious injury by vessel, reckless operation of a vehicle, unlawful operation of personal watercraft, and a boat traffic violation.
