Ugandan baby who was tortured by a maid



  It's not a bad idea for parents to put cameras at their homes to monitor people taking care of their kids.The Ugandan baby who was tortured by a maid and her parents met with Uganda's Inspector General of Police, Kale Kayihura, today November 24th where the IGP promised that baby Arnella will get justice.
